We offer lessons for piano, strings, woodwinds, brass, voice, guitar, and ukulele. Our renowned Suzuki Program offers comprehensive music lessons for young violin, viola, cello, bass, and flute students, combining the joy of music with a strong foundation in technique and artistry.

Suzuki Strings Program

The Suzuki Strings Program at Gifted Music School offers young violin, viola, cello, bass, and flute students a comprehensive and nurturing musical experience. Based on the renowned Suzuki method, this program emphasizes learning music in a supportive, joyful environment, where students develop both technical skill and a deep love for their instrument. Tuition includes ten group classes, a solo recital with rehearsal and piano accompaniment, juries, performance opportunities, an annual membership to the Suzuki Association of Utah (SAU), and free admission to masterclasses and other instructional events. Piano Department

The Piano Department at Gifted Music School provides students with a rich, well-rounded piano education designed to inspire a lifelong passion for music. Students benefit from a comprehensive curriculum that includes four performance classes, a solo recital with rehearsal, per-semester juries, and numerous performance opportunities. In addition, students enjoy free admission to masterclasses, access to special discounts, and participation in other instructional events that broaden their understanding of piano performance. Chamber music offers students the opportunity to develop their ensemble skills while working closely with peers and faculty. Through weekly rehearsals and coachings, students learn to listen deeply, collaborate, and perform as part of a high-level chamber group. Chamber music develops both musical sensitivity and leadership skills, fostering a sense of camaraderie and friendship.

For young singers ages 6-9, the Preparatory Chorus provides an excellent introduction to vocal training and ensemble singing. With a focus on healthy vocal production and part independence, students build confidence while exploring their voices in a fun, supportive environment. Performances are held twice a year, giving students the opportunity to showcase their progress.
