Private Music Lessons

Private music lessons are the foundation of a solid musical education.  At the Gifted Music School, students have the opportunity to study with exceptional musicians many of whom hold degrees from schools like Juilliard, Curtis, Cleveland Institute of Music.

All Ages

Children and adults of all ages can enroll in private lessons at the Gifted Music School. For the very young, consider the Suzuki Program to start.

Private lessons of 30, 45, and 60 minutes are offered for students of all skill levels. Prospective students will be set up with introductory lesson, which will help place them with the most appropriate instructor and course of study. Private lessons can begin at any time during the school year.

Private Lesson Tuition

For a 16 week semester, private lesson packages for 30 minutes begin at $616 (dependent upon faculty member/instrument/length of lesson) and include:
  • 16 private lessons
  • 4 group lessons
  • 1 jury (performance evaluated by faculty jury)
  • 1 recital
  • 1 practice with an accompanist
  • Access to master classes with nationally and internationally known artists
  • GMS concert participation during semesters when a performance occurs.

Students who enroll in private lessons at the Gifted Music School become a part of our vibrant school and community. Learning goes beyond the nurturing and structured lessons from your professor. GMS offers inspiring performance opportunities, evaluation sessions, masterclasses with world-famous artists, chamber music, orchestral experience, group lessons, and more. These give each student valuable experience and feedback from many different teachers.
