Bio

American Pianist Mary Anne Huntsman has established herself as one of the most versatile young pianists on the international stage. With a brilliant keyboard command and a powerful stage presence, Ms. Huntsman has captivated audiences around the world. At an early age, Mary Anne began to learn and master a repertoire of Rachmaninoff and Chopin attempting to bring her own whimsical approach to some of the world’s most recognizable pieces.

As a Steinway Artist, Ms. Huntsman has performed throughout the world on some of the most exciting stages including, Carnegie Hall. In addition, she has soloed with the China Philharmonic, the Utah and Miami Symphonies, the Guangzhou Symphony Orchestra, and the Nice Philharmonic. 

While Ms. Huntsman grew up all over the world, she spent much of her youth in the Washington DC area. She has performed throughout the DC area including at numerous embassies and most recently at the White House for International Women’s Day. 

Mary Anne resides in NYC with her husband and two children and is a member of the Board of Trustees of Carnegie Hall and the Washington National Opera at the Kennedy Center.
