Payroll Schedules

Reporting Hours

Teaching Hours
It is not necessary for faculty to report hours taught as long as each lesson or class is properly scheduled in My Music Staff. At the end of each pay period, a payroll report is sent for faculty review. Faculty can verify that all teaching activities are properly scheduled by referencing the My Music Staff calendar or by contacting Student Services Manager, Susan Andersen, at sandersen@giftedmusicschool.org.

Administrative Hours
Any time spent in meetings, jury examinations, auditions, interviews, or other administrative activities should be reported to payroll@giftedmusicschool.org by 11:59 p.m. each Saturday. All faculty are compensated at a flat rate of $17 per hour for administrative work.

COVID-19 Update

As the school continues to monitor and respond to the pandemic, we ask our community to remain flexible and understanding that school activities and policies are subject to change as pandemic conditions evolve.

Though not required, we strongly encourage mask-wearing on school property. This is in line with Health Department guidance to reduce the spread of COVID in schools.

To report a potential exposure, please use the online reporting form.
